Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship all domestic orders via postal service and FedEx. Standard domestic delivery time is 3-7 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship all international orders via DHL.

Standard international delivery time is 4-21 business days.

Please note that international order delivery times have been extended due to customs procedures, and shipping times may vary significantly.

Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during international shipping.
